I’ve been in construction for a long time, so I’ve seen a lot of different ways projects get done. But working with Stevie was a breath of fresh air. She knows her stuff, no question, but what really stands out is how she treats her team. You can tell she’s got the respect of her subcontractors—they work hard for her, and it shows in the quality of the work. She’s hands-on, down-to-earth, and knows how to keep everything running smoothly without all the drama. It’s not every day you get to work with someone who’s got the skills and the leadership to pull it all together like she does.

We have worked on many projects with Stevie over the last several years and can’t say enough good things about her. She has such a great vision and a real eye for detail, which makes my job as a cabinetmaker so much easier. The way she communicates her ideas for each space and advocates for her clients on the front end is something we don’t see everyday in our industry.
