Stevie Armistead is a high-end contractor currently based in Northwest Arkansas.
A Dallas, Texas native Stevie honed her craft working on large scale commercial developments with The Prescott Group.
As a lifelong learner, and after 10 years in the industry, she was worn down and jaded by the construction status quo. Enter Golden House, birthed as a creative endeavor from the heart with a fresh perspective and overhaul on how she operates her business and the projects she takes on.
Has traveled the world and is deeply inspired by her three favorite spots - the “3 Sans” - San Miguel de Allende for its warm and unique architecture and heart in every home, Santa Fe for its all encompassing takeover of the senses - sight, smell, touch, and lastly Santa Barbara for its unmatched architectural quality and craftsmanship.
Driven by leaving a legacy for her 4 children , values work life balance, and achievable luxury. She loves hosting at her home, traveling with her family, cooking good meals.
She seeks to bring the jour de vivre she feels while traveling back to northwest Arkansas and into every space she creates.
